Hard Chrome Plated Shafts used in hydraulic industry, construction equipment, lifts, hydraulic cylinders and on-vehicle equipment are chrome plated after grinding on the Carbon Steel material surface. Hard Chrome Plated Bars are chrome plated at 20-25 Micron points. NSS Salt corrosion test is performed and it is checked that it is at the desired standards.

Our raw materials are taken into production after being analyzed with a Spectrometer. Eddy Current crack control is performed during the production phase.
